SpiderOak is another cloud backup service. One feature that makes it attractive is that as well as backing up your data, it will sync your data across multiple computers easily. I use it and it works very well for this usage. So, your desktop and laptop computer data can be in sync automatically whenever an internet connection is available. Sharing of files to others is also available.
